Who Is He ?
Born in Périgord (24), Clément Tomasella get interested in cooking at a very young age ; from that time on, a true passion started. At the age of 15 years, Clément Tomasella went to Catering school of Marseille (Year 2007), he realized an high school diploma to discover all bases of cooking through a program of three years. Then, he obtains a BTS of accommodation manager, a beneficial training for the professional and relational knowledge acquired.
Internships allowed him to enrich its culinary knowledge. (Establishments : Hotel - Restaurant " Chez Arquier ", "Sextius Thermal baths", "La Résidence du Vieux-Port" but also "IBEROSTAR Grand Hotel El Mirador" in Canary Islands.)
Besides giving cooking lessons at home since January 2012 to share even more this passion, he is responsible of culinary web sites. He is also culinary adviser for companies and delicatessens in Metropolitan France - overseas France. Finally, besides intervening at home, he joins in April, 2013 the cooking chefs team of The Culinarion Workshop opened at the center of Aix-en-Provence.
